As all of our trees are kept in a pot your tree, whichever you choose with be incredibly fresh, because it is alive! It will require some watering and care, as all trees do, but your reward will be a fantastic living tree that smells incredible, doesn’t shed needles and will also go on to be a Christmas tree next year too!

Fraser Fir
Fraser Fir

Fraser fir is one of the most commonly used Christmas trees. It has a classic fragrance, great shape and strong limbs. It also has soft needles which do not prick easily when hanging ornaments. Its one of the best trees to use for Christmas.

Fraser fir is a species of fir native to the mountains of the eastern United States in the wild it is the smallest of the trees we offer never growing to more than 25 meters tall.

Fun Fact: The Fraser fir has been used more times as the Blue Room Christmas Tree (the official Christmas tree of the President of the United States’ White House) than any other type of tree.

Norway Spruce
Norway Spruce

Norway Spruce is the traditional Christmas tree as it is the most widely used. It has a delicate scent and fine needles making it an incredibly attractive tree.

Norway Spruce fir trees are native to the whole of Europe which is what makes them such a popular tree, they can grow up to 55 meters in height and have trunk diameters of 1.5 meters.

Fun Fact: Every Christmas, the Norwegian capital city, Oslo, provides the cities of New York, London, Edinburgh and Washington D.C. with a Norwegian Spruce, which is placed at the most central square of each city. This is mainly a sign of gratitude for the aid these countries gave during the second world war.

Nordmann fir
Nordmann Fir

Nordmann Fir is one of the most important species grown for Christmas Trees, being favoured for its attractive foliage, with needles that are not sharp, and do not drop easily.

Nordmann Fir is a fir native to the mountains south and east of theBlack sea, in Turkey,Georgia, Russia, Caucasus and northern parts of Armenia. It occurs at altitudes of 900-2,200 m on mountains with a rainfall of over 1,000mm.

Fun Fact: Nordmann fir trees can grow up to huge heights, as much as 80meters tall. Thats taller than 18 double decker buses stacked on top of one another!

Please Note: All of our trees will be kept their entire natural lives and when they are too big for homes and offices for Christmas they will be donated to forests urban areas looking to plant trees. A tree from the Christmas Tree Man will never be cut down and wasted.
